Quick and easy drop off
The FedEx location is in the photo department. The dongle to connect my device to the computer was broken. The staff member behind the counter left as soon as he saw us. Another staff member was unfamiliar with the device so he got someone else to help us. That person was unhelpful in the way he phrased his help. Though I was plugged into the dongle he literally said "you're not connected" 3 times, instead of "you need to connect these 2 pieces of the dongle together to get it to work.
