Absolutely terrible
They delivered my parcel on the street and now I am missing that parcel
On time. Drivers care and take that extra step for the customer.
I hope FedEx shuts down, really bad service, won't even check the system to see if the package is there, totally clueless person at the front desk. Really bad delivery drivers, guy didn't even knock and just left leaving the doortag.I wish I could do zero stars
