Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. les livreurs ne savent pas lire. Mon colis a été livré a une adresse à 9 kms de mon adresse, dans une autre ville. Il n'y avait même pas de confusion à avoir puisque les adresses ne se ressemblaient même pas. Je demande une photo pour preuve, et ils m'envoient une photo qui a été prise de nuit, dans un escalier, sans numéro de domicile.
Pas la bonne adresse
Big waste of time, ordering a phone, you're passing it, center to center, tried to drop it couldnt deliver it cause the delivery guy's knee was hurting I bet lol and now, after a week, I had to contact the shop because you can't call back an open case? After a week of delay, that's pathetic. All of this cause you've lost it, great work guys!
