FedEx is the worst. I just ordered a new item on ebay and it was supposed to be delivered on September 20th, but now they say they have operational problems. My package is no more than 70 miles away from me. Last time I received a package through FedEx, the driver couldn't find my address. I'm like duh, he could have called for directions...!
