If I could give less, I would. Im trying to contact yall regarding lost credentials from one of your employees. Your pointless auto response call is of no help. I tried getting into contact to see what to do with the credentials but I cant even talk to a real person. What happens next is not on me. Im going to throw the credentials away. This happened today on 3/13/26 and at 0835 hrs was the last time I tried contacting you.
Can’t talk to a real person on the phone
The kid up front did not know how to do Fed Ex. The manager Cindy tried to talk him through it on the ear piece. It did not work. Instead of getting up and helping she just said I need to go to a full Fed Ex store. Thanks Cindy!
