Driver lays packages on side of highway. For years they were put at my gate. I've made 2 requests to have the drops at my gate, nothing changes. Just promises to fix it.

By far the worst delivery company in the US. I have a package sitting at Strafford for 6 days and they won't send. I have read reviews for over 3 years and apparently they have not changed. I have found packages thrown in the woods 1/2 mile from my residence . I found packages on rainy days along side of road, or hanging in trees 1/4 to 1/2 mile from my residence and the special instructions say leave on porch, also its very common FedEx will leave my package either on someone else porch or at a abandoned residence . A set of $700 running boards for our new ram pick up truck disappeared from this location I'm sure they were a perfect fit for one of the employees that worked there do not trust this location your package will be stolen here I've also heard reports of a roach infestation in that building stay away far away

The absolute worst service and extremely incompetent. Received notification my delivery address was incorrect. It was not. I asked if I could pick it up, was told their system was down. They can't contact the driver and I could not speak to supervisor. Impotent and ineffective. I will pay more to use anyone other than FEDEX.
