First it was throwing my packages in the driveway now he throws them underneath the rose bush I'm disabled and requested on the porch

They changed my shipping address without my consent and then sent my package to someone else. They refused to fix the problem or take accountability. This was a $300 pack n play for my daughter. Sadly who ever they sent it to chose to keep it even though her name was on the shipping label. We are just out our money!

Three packages failed to be delivered properly all within a week span. The most ridiculous package however, was left at the neighbors and the driver literally took a picture of their dog biting the package. 0% integrity, 100% complacency.

Two separate shipments of prescription dog food shown out for delivery multiple times and never delivered. I intended to get on the phone this morning to try to find out why but then I discovered these reviews and decided to not waste my time. I can’t imagine why FedEx would allow this level of incompetency to exist.
