They changed my shipping address without my consent and then sent my package to someone else. They refused to fix the problem or take accountability. This was a $300 pack n play for my daughter. Sadly who ever they sent it to chose to keep it even though her name was on the shipping label. We are just out our money!
Three packages failed to be delivered properly all within a week span. The most ridiculous package however, was left at the neighbors and the driver literally took a picture of their dog biting the package. 0% integrity, 100% complacency.
Two separate shipments of prescription dog food shown out for delivery multiple times and never delivered. I intended to get on the phone this morning to try to find out why but then I discovered these reviews and decided to not waste my time. I can’t imagine why FedEx would allow this level of incompetency to exist.
Driver lays packages on side of highway. For years they were put at my gate. I've made 2 requests to have the drops at my gate, nothing changes. Just promises to fix it.
By far the worst delivery company in the US. I have a package sitting at Strafford for 6 days and they won't send. I have read reviews for over 3 years and apparently they have not changed. I have found packages thrown in the woods 1/2 mile from my residence . I found packages on rainy days along side of road, or hanging in trees 1/4 to 1/2 mile from my residence and the special instructions say leave on porch, also its very common FedEx will leave my package either on someone else porch or at a abandoned residence .
