The supposedly “updated” information online was wrong- I wasted my time and gas to drive over only to find this is a Walgreens and closed. The hours listed online were from 7am- midnight.
I would love to have someone explain to me how it's possible to have a FedEx drop off site, which is listed as being open until midnight, inside of a Walgreens which closes at 7:00 p.m. or earlier every night. So that was quite aggravating to discover.
3 times I have been waiting for a package to be dropped off. I waited for 2 hours each day outside and each time I saw a FedEx truck drive by but they did not try and drop it off. A couple of minutes later I get an exception update saying that they “attempted to deliver.” I still don’t have my package after 3 customer service calls, and 13 days of waiting…
