Literally go anywhere else. They’re rude and make it seem like its the hugest inconvenience to help you. Saying “please kill me” to a coworker after i asked for help was crazy to me lol. I see why they’re a 2 star store.
Dropped off a package on Friday at 4:30 pm for a Monday morning delivery. I was told I just missed the truck but they would pick it up on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and FedEx hasn't even picked up my package that I needed to be there by MONDAY! Frustrating!
9 people are waiting for help but the store only has 2 employees. One of them was on break so the manager had to take passport photos, develop photos, and be the cashier. This location needs more staff.
I visited the store a few times. Always good customer service. No too many parking spots.
