Worst experience ever with FedEx. This is the SECOND time my package is marked as “delivered” and I never receive anything. Tracking number: 518382624122 No proof of delivery, no photo, no package at my door. I have no idea where my items are being left. This is not a one-time mistake — this is repeated negligence. Customers should not have to deal with missing packages while the company claims everything was delivered. Completely unacceptable. I have lost trust in FedEx and will never use their service again.
Tricked me, it was just a pickup and drop off, they don't offer new shipping service.
