Very easy process. Go inside. Put the package on the counter. Possibly wait for the nice employee to find the scanner. They scan the package. Ask for your mobile #. You get a text confirming the drop off & allowing you to track the delivery. Very well done. Thank you! :)
Incompetence incarnate. These people should be out of business entirely. Can’t deliver a simple package on time - not even on time DAYS LATE they can’t even deliver one. Pathetic wastes of load in there
The FedEx OnSite was inside of Walgreen, across from Dunkin. It wasn't anything special, but the staff in Walgreens was pleasant and helpful.
