Refuse to accept packages
I HAD SOME BUSINESS TO GET DONE BUT GIOGLE MAP MADE ME GO ROUND AND ROUND IN CIRCLES I HAD TO MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME THIS IS WHY I STOPPED MY FEDEX OFFICE SEARCH AND HEADED TO WORK. NOW IS IT FEDEX OR GOOGLE MAP TROUBLE ? EITHER WAY I NEVER FOUND THIS OFFICE. GOOGLE NEEDS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR PEOPLE’S SAFETY AND FOR PEOPLE NOT TO WASTE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME. Arshad Qazi
Don't bother coming here for FedEx drop off. Went in early this morning, before 9am and the lady there, simply said she couldn't take the package because it was too heavy. I was returning a juicer- box not that heavy, and there were other boxes there that were larger. I wasn't satisfied with her answer - she just came off as lazy and condescending. Get better customer service reps!
