Have received the neighbor's packages within the last month for the 3rd time today. If my insulin pump had been delivered to a neighbor I'd be quite upset! Fed ex drivers should be looking at the addresses and not just their GPS.
I paid 125$ for overnight shipping only to get it three days later, which I could have accomplished with a .50 cent stamp.

I loathe FedEx, but this review is for the counter service only. The drop off for FedEx is at the photo counter in the back left corner of Walgreens. If someone is checking out there, you have to wait in line just to drop off a box. If there is no one there, you have to roam around and find a worker. The only convenience factor, is that I don’t have to deal with FedEx personally.
