Cannot contact customer service. Recording keeps hanging up on me when I ask to file a complaint. You sent my package to the wrong house! Fed Ex sucks wish Tom's Shoes did not deal with you guys. You didn't send me the picture but sent Tom's the picture. Then, your tracking number doesn't work!!! Now I have to contact Tom's and I'm requesting they go else where
Walk in, get your parcel scanned, and receive text or email confirmation and tracking. Simple.
Pharmacy never seems to be able to get medications in a timely manner.
Your drivers are very disrespectful and drive too quickly up and down driveways. My husband and I have been asking your drivers for three years now personally to slow down and we are not getting anywhere. What happened to respecting others property and being all around respectful to what others have asked??
