You can not get any help sending your packages. If they do not have the label on them they won't take them. Useless.
Easy simple drop-off, but you have to have a shipping label.
It's a fedex drop off inside of dollar general never had a issue.. they close at 9 not 10 though..
Employees need proper training for package drop off. Waste of time!
