Poor customer service. No one at the counter. Waited 10 minutes. Nadina is rude and not helpful
AI was totally unresponsive to my requests to speak to actual person. I needed to know if I could arrange for the package I am sending out to be tracked and if that could be done from their Walgreens location. AI only focused on the word tracking and refused to let me speak to a live person because I didn’t have a tracking number!! Extremely frustrating experience!
