AI was totally unresponsive to my requests to speak to actual person. I needed to know if I could arrange for the package I am sending out to be tracked and if that could be done from their Walgreens location. AI only focused on the word tracking and refused to let me speak to a live person because I didn’t have a tracking number!! Extremely frustrating experience! Great service!!!!!
They don’t take all packages here. The guy wouldn’t even touch the box that I had, because it said biohazard somewhere on the back of it. So obviously not a good FedEx drop off point.
