Unfortunately, the employee at this location refused to accept the package, claiming it was a biohazard. I then went to another location and spoke with a FedEx employee there, who confirmed that the package should have been accepted without any issues. This was my second visit to this location, and I had the same negative experience again. The employee seemed unwilling to assist.
Poor customer service. No one at the counter. Waited 10 minutes. Nadina is rude and not helpful
AI was totally unresponsive to my requests to speak to actual person. I needed to know if I could arrange for the package I am sending out to be tracked and if that could be done from their Walgreens location. AI only focused on the word tracking and refused to let me speak to a live person because I didn’t have a tracking number!! Extremely frustrating experience!
