Every time I have a FedEx Ground delivery the delivery drivers call well before they even arrive and if I don't pick up a call from the unknown, personal phone number of the driver they no show and say I was not home for delivery. Or they don't call at all and say I was not home. Now that FedEx Ground and Express are merged I guess I will have to avoid all FedEx options if this is the quality of service I can expect.
