Just picked up a parcel for my friend. Everything worked well.
I had a shipment of tropical fish arriving and the tracking wasn't updating. The owner was very kind and called the drivers to try and determine a Time the package would arrive. He called me the moment it was in the store and let me pick the shipment up outside of regular store hours. Incredibly helpful and I am so appreciative of their time.
Friendly, helpful, and good service at a convenient location with lots of parking. Makes pickups and drop-offs easy.
