After my package was delayed without notification. I opened a ticket with customer care. Only after that did I receive an update 2 days later. My package had been damaged and delivered without part of the packaging that is necessary for the product.
Have tried to stop a large order from coming out before 2PM Cannot talk to a human person.
Could not find it .
