Great customer service!
The employees were not helpful at all even with me being the only customer. I was waiting 10+ minutes for assistance just for them to say oh someone will be by to help. They didn’t come.
Very pricey
Just terrible. Employees are not capable of assisting or provide any information. And you find that out after waiting 10 minutes for someone to page someone to help you, but you do get to see them play on their phone while walking as slow as possible and making jokes about why they walk so slow.
NOT AN ONSITE FEDEX PROVIDER!!!!
