I have a return I was supposed to take to a fed ex location. I brought my package in because this location is open late and they turned me away because my package was “too heavy” when in the website for this specific location it says the package had to be under 55 lbs and it is. Honestly I feel the employee just didn’t want to carry the package because it was semi heavy. Do not try to bring anything and send it out with their fed ex counter over 10 pounds because they will turn you away. Ridiculous
Waited in line for 20 mins for help. Turns out, the employee in charge of this area walked past 2-3 times without acknowledgement
One of the last few Walgreens left and they just happen to have a FedEx pickup. It was a snap! If I need to use them again, I will be definitely coming back.
