Quick and easy
I went there and they were closed. Which is OK but when I did a google search, it shows that they are still open and operational.
Never use them again. They suck!!! GO TO UPS THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! UPS ALL THE WAY BABY!
Horrible company to use. The driver left my package out on the street side of my property. I gave instructions for it to be placed on my property but he did not follow it. I've filed several claims. They admit that the driver was negligent and did not resolve the issue. I went round and round with them for over a week and they keep closing my complaint even though they admit negligence. I even contacted the BBB and still FedEx refused to help and it's no wonder. Look at all the negative reviews with FedEx and the BBB
