Horrible company to use. The driver left my package out on the street side of my property. I gave instructions for it to be placed on my property but he did not follow it. I've filed several claims. They admit that the driver was negligent and did not resolve the issue. I went round and round with them for over a week and they keep closing my complaint even though they admit negligence. I even contacted the BBB and still FedEx refused to help and it's no wonder. Look at all the negative reviews with FedEx and the BBB

Friendly staff, but must buy packaging materials on your own. They did have the packaging tape available for free.
A FedEx driver did not follow my delivery instructions and left the package on the street side of my property and it was stolen. His excuse? The 63lb box was to heavy to go further. He admitted this in the claim I filed. Their protocol is to leave a door tag and are supposed to make three delivery attempts before holding the package for pickup or return to sender.
