Absolutely horrible. Packages are always delayed
Can't get through to a real person and their AI is totally worthless after you attempt to get things straightened out or to do something not on their list they hang up on you. Give up a go to the post office and don't EVER use FedEx. Good luck all.
FedEx delivered my package at the wrong address ( picture clearly showing a different door than mine) and after putting in a ticket the only responds I got was to contact the shipper !!!!!!!!!! I still haven’t gotten my package ( value 400$) and not heard anything back from FedEx I would NOT recommend ever using Fedex.
It sent me to Costco, which has been at that location since 1991.
