Very grateful they were able to help me just before closing. Patience was required. They can only print pre-purchased labels. They don't have the boxes a full ship center has. I was able to get a label online from fedex.com, but oddly it didn't provide a scannable QR code. The folks at the store were able to send a PDF of the label to their site from my phone via Google Drive, and make it work from there. It would be more fair to the staff if FedEx's site explained the limitations better.
This is the best mail spot in NEPA. You name it, the have it, you need it boxed, it'll be wrapped perfectly. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you so very much! ESRoss
Great location, great service, QR codes accepted.
