FedEx truly sucks. I have a LARGE package on my porch. I did not order this ice maker. It was even delivered to the wrong street. I have called 4 times to get it picked up. Was told every time I called it would be picked today or tomorrow by 8:00pm. Well 10 days later it is still on my porch. So is it considered abandoned now? Is it mine to keep? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG FAT JOKE!!! ANY HELP TO GET THIS OFF MY PORCH WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
