Went here for a FedEx return. I had my box which was open on top because drop-off instructions did not require me packing it. However, a woman (in her 50s-60s, short wavy grey/dark hair) manning the FedEx booth said “You have to pack it yourself. We don’t do that for you here.” Anyhow, she went on to print my return label.
