Called customer service to find out what is going on with my package. Nothing was solved at all! The agent I spoke with was very rude and I professional. Kept over talking me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Was told my package is on a truck, and may be delivered today but she couldn’t be certain. So my package is on a truck waiting delivery in Kodak. I was told I need to contact where I bought my package from. The company I purchased from was way more helpful than customer service here. Absolutely awful!
They handled everything for me fast
Driver stated that a delivery was attempted there were people home all day and a camera at the head of the road. No fed ex truck even came near the road. They lie
