Bad experience , not even snowing rainy , clear as day today . On the 24th , the driver can’t make it to jones cove , I don’t understand why , been delay three days , now their saying Next week . Like I’m getting my damn refund back , this store is ridiculous
Worst location. Need new management, packages never arrive and the ones that do, it gets delivered in the wrong location
Was home had cameras and myself watching driveway all day said they tried to deliver my package they never even attempted to so 😒
PLEASE Train your drivers to read delivery instructions and use there common since like hey if it's raining put packages ON THE COVERED PORCH LIKE I ASKED BUT NO THEY LEFT A $250 XMAS PRESANT IN THE DAMN RAIN!!! I called corporate they said they would come back by and put it where it was supposed to go still siting there !!! You all suck I wish I never had to use FedEx I swear I would pay more to have my items delivered by anyone but you !!!!
