Once again my delivery time has changed from mid day to end of day. Last time this happened, I didn't get my package until the next day at 6:00 pm. I'd be very surprised if I see my item today.

FedEx is the WORST delivery company! Packages are always getting lost and delayed. I am waiting for a package which was supposed to be delivered last Thursday and it is now Tuesday. No sign of it. The FedEx truck drove past our house today briefly stopped in front of it, then left. The drivers know that they have to stop to “make an attempt” because they are tracked. Called customer service to find out what is going on with my package. Nothing was solved at all! The agent I spoke with was very rude and I professional. Kept over talking me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Was told my package is on a truck, and may be delivered today but she couldn’t be certain. So my package is on a truck waiting delivery in Kodak. I was told I need to contact where I bought my package from. The company I purchased from was way more helpful than customer service here. Absolutely awful!
