Wow, you sure shot yourself in the foot partnering up with this group of misfits! This location will do ANYTHING in their power to refuse accepting your package! One day, I was told "sorry, our scanner doesn'twork". The NEXT morning, less than 24 hours later, I went back. Scanner works, but she claimedthey/FedExdoes not accept/ship(unused) car parts (a wrong item return to Rock Auto). I had to argue, stating "this is a FedExdrop off point!
