It doesn’t help the fact they have been gaslighting me since Monday about my package suppose to be delivered by the end of the day but come to find out on Wednesday night they “lost/sent” my package to a completely different address / state after literally having my package on my property as not delivering it but dropping off 2 other packages. Make that make sense.
First off MapQuest confused me as it directed me to a Walgreens store. I circled around twice before I realized I mine as well go in the store and ask. Sure enough in the back corner of the store, directly in line with the front entrance, I saw a sign for FedEx pickup and dropoff. Pretty cool IMHO. A manager needed to help me complete my shipment and it was super easy. I was sending out some paperwork and luckily the store had everything I needed for shipping. Friendly service
Terrible they state something is out for delivery but they rescheduled it without telling you so you now have to take time from work to sit around and wait for them. Terrible customer service
