I enjoy it, it's extremely convenient.
These people are scam artists. I ordered a phone in the mail, it has been lost for 3 days, and all they do is tell me "wait 24 hours, wait 24 more hours." I've been 4 days without my Metro PCS phone, supposed to be sent in 1 day by FedEx, and I can't even get someone on the phone either with Metro PCS or FedEx. This is a total scam.
