Worst company! I have had a package sitting outside waiting for pickup for over 8 days. Every time I call, I'm told, “We'll be there today,” but nobody ever shows up. Very disappointing customer service and no concern for the customer.
They can't print labels and won't take large packages. I had 4 packages all under the weight and size maximums, but they wouldn't take them because "they're too but". Well just take your sign down that you except FedEx packages. Because I'm sure you can't pick and choose!!!
