Great Service. Excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and answered all my questions professionally. They also recommended that I open my own account, which ended up saving me money on shipping.
Fedex cant a deliver a package, then, they make you drive an hour to their completely out of the way pick up location. They pick up location is somehow disconnected from Fedex, making then unable to assist with anhthing. And the call center promises one thing; but then does not follow up, blatantly lying to your face.
Very convenient and quick procedure to drop off the parcel.
