Failed to be able to return the device back to my job I've tried 4 times to return this to 4 different fed express drop off location. I've been treated like a criminal at on 2 refused straight out and one said if it don't fit the bag I won't do it the the QR code did not work. I personally do not use fed express because there's no direct delivery to Michigan the packages come days later than expected like this one I received for replacement of the one in returning was 5 days later than was promise toy employer
This businesses new location is thriving. Spacious and inviting. Fabulous use of technology and strong in client interaction. Clear signage and interior. Welcoming. Location just right. I can't get enough.
Really friendly staff, easy drop off, got instant tracking information! Will definitely use this location again.
I didn't even know that they had a FedEx drop off in here but it was very nice to have one so close to my house instead of the long drive I usually have.
