What a mess!!! They will just put your package everywhere behind the counter. Took 5 mins to try and find my package and at the end they couldn’t even found it.
Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je l'aurais fait. J'ai vécu la pire expérience possible avec FedEx. Cela fait 6 jours que j'attends une commande précieuse et fragile, nécessitant une signature. Et à chaque tentative, l'état reste bloqué sur "Échec de livraison - Client non à la maison", alors que je suis chez moi à chaque fois. Le livreur n’essaie même pas d’entrer dans l’immeuble ni de me contacter. It’s a convenient location in the West End. The service is friendly and I’ve never had a problem dropping off a package there.
