Absolutely impossible to get any sort of support. Their phone chat bot keeps hanging up on you, saying it can't connect you to a representative, and to call back. I tried calling back, it kept telling me the same thing. Also, when it asks you what you're calling about, it doesn't even give you any time to reply before interrupting and saying that since you didn't say what it was about, it cannot help you.
Very friendly and patient with complicated orders.
