Phone call took me to a foreign country where the lady with a very strong east Indian accent (scammer) eventually hung up on me. I drove to our local Fed-Ex store, and a clearly English speaking lady said they don't handle any issues (like missing packages/non delivered packages, or any other problems like everything our workforce is outsourced.
Said they have package restrictions but nothing is posted
