This incident occurred 9/26/24 4:41-6:35 PM. My company ships a lot of packages for pickup to the FedEx Onsites and we have a lot of problems with our packages that are addressed to "FedEx Onsite Hold For Pickup" getting mixed in with the Walgreens deliveries and not being on hold for pickup. Most of the time the Walgreens staff is pretty good at helping us get it sorted out. The staff at this location was not helpful at all.
