Their hours are lie, the Walgreens at this location is located and closes at 7 PM. I wasted an hour and a half taking my box with a hand cart that was 50 pounds that I needed to ship. They weren’t open and I had to take it all the way back to my place. I get off work at 6 PM and this is just completely unacceptable and unbelievable that their hours would lie and I wasted my time handling this. Quick service.
The FedEx drop is located at the Photo Counter, and you do need an associate to assist you. I wish there was a drop off box for convenience since there isn't normally anyone working the counter. I'm not sure why South Loop is a ghost town for FedEx drop boxes.
