Went here and desk staff told me their FedEx scanner is broken, has been broken for a while. I ended up going down 35th street to Walgreens, instead.
They were very courteous and polite.I will visit their store again.It was in a Walgreens.They were very accommodating because I wasn't totally prepared.They assisted me graciously
