Fedex drivers are some of the absolute dumbest people I have ever had the displeasure to witness. If you put doortags with no name or address on the ground in someones back yard theyre never going to get their packages. I tried to fix their mistake by calling customer service and they were absolutely worthless. Corporate America is Anti-American. Customer service is a nightmare. I stopped using your services years ago and you have still managed to piss me off while I’m trying to be the good guy and help you out. Never again.... read more
Stopped there to drop off a package, no signs outside saying FedEx, I drove around the building, I checked the shopping center, finally I went inside Walgreens and the woman said yes in the back, said no signs outside, she says yeah there's one inside here, hard to see from a vehicle
Just go to another place. No tape available at FedEx on site and if you ask for it you’ll get ignored.
