They are shockingly incompetent. I had 3 packages with QR codes and the guy mixed up the labels. I had to peel.off the labels and match them to the correct packages.
As soon as asked for help to bring a return package, the employee says we don’t accept boxes. What a joke.
Delivery was on time and left at my door.
