CouldFedex PLEASE deliver to the correct address!
Zero stars. They have no customer service, only automated. I've called twice because they keep trying to deliver to the wrong address. The phone queue will not transfer me to a live person. Eventually it just says it can do no more and hangs up on me. If this had been the first experience of this kind with them I wouldn't have left a review. Unfortunately, I am more surprised when my package actually shows up without a problem or a long wait.
If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!!! How in the hell do you deliver a package that needs signed for but you don’t knock!!! I literally can’t stand these people!!! Completely brainless!!! I should’ve had my extremely important package dayyyyyyysssssss ago!!!!!!! I do not recommend using Fedex!!! Go with a company that will knock on your door!!! Lazy smh what was the point of even getting out of your truck!??? Just drive off lazy asf
