Live in condo third floor elevator access. Delivery can be dropped at front door or at elevator on first floor. They do text message when delivered that helps greatly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with my lamination.
Every single package delivered from this location is one day late, or two days late and even three days late 100% of them. Apparently their drivers are overloaded or unhappy. Pass within 1/2 block of delivery address 3 times a week with package on truck but never delivered. Why overpromise and under deliver? I am requesting FedEx to no longer be used for delivery.
