I’ve had two people insist that when they scan five packages, a text with all five will be delivered, and both times only one package has been recorded. The first time I had to drive back to the store and the man was able to fix it by going back into his scanner and send them individually. The second time, a different man said there was nothing he could do, and he said to take the packages back if I don’t want to leave them with no receipt.
