I couldn't get a hold of anybody I got the stupid AI at the 800 number so I don't know about this particular place at all because I couldn't get anyone to talk to. And none of the options that I was given by AI or anything even halfway close to what I needed. I hate AI I'm tired of it it won't give me a real agent unless I tell it what I want and it doesn't understand what I want so it won't give me an agent. It's nothing to do with this particular place it's FedEx in general.
