FedEx delivery to apartments is a total nightmare. No matter how many times you try to get them to deliver to your door or the mailroom, it never works. I've had to go out of my way to pick up packages multiple times. It's frustrating and inconvenient.
Never even tried to deliver the package or even call. We were home and waiting for the package. Please hire good quality people who want to do their jobs. Use Canada post, UPS or purolator instead.
