I have used this location a few times and have had great service. Today I used them again - to ship to the U.S. - and my experience was AMAZING!!! Tirth provided 5* service and I can’t recommend them highly enough because of his service!!!
Very poor service from Fedex. Came to my house while i was there but left a notice. Then was told to pick it up from this location but nothing. Not as bad as UPS but close in terms of poor service
This is now the fifth time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. Every time I’m expecting a delivery from FedEx Canada, the driver just shows up, sticks a door tag, and leaves. They never buzz in, never try to access the building, and don’t even bother bringing the package to the mail room — which is completely accessible! They don’t even TRY.
