This is now the fifth time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. Every time I’m expecting a delivery from FedEx Canada, the driver just shows up, sticks a door tag, and leaves. They never buzz in, never try to access the building, and don’t even bother bringing the package to the mail room — which is completely accessible! They don’t even TRY. FedEx delivery to apartments is a total nightmare. No matter how many times you try to get them to deliver to your door or the mailroom, it never works. I've had to go out of my way to pick up packages multiple times. It's frustrating and inconvenient.
Never even tried to deliver the package or even call. We were home and waiting for the package. Please hire good quality people who want to do their jobs. Use Canada post, UPS or purolator instead.
