I needed to drop off a package before work. I walked in and was immediately addressed with "hello" by the young lady at the counter who was helping someone else. Then a young man came out and said good morning. I can help you. I shared that I was dropping off my package and he promptly asked if I need a receipt. I responded please and he said no problem with a smile. At the end of my transaction, he asked if there was anything else I needed. I said no and he wished me a great day.
