If your package is packaged and labeled properly, they will take it and put it in a pile for the driver. If not the staff is rude, dismissive and do their best to be unhelpful.
Fedex drop off is horrible, Jodie says it's a corporate thing is why it takes so long. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know what the deal is but their employees are clueless.
Nice place to ship from clean store and the people are nice
