Fedex drop off is horrible, Jodie says it's a corporate thing is why it takes so long. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know what the deal is but their employees are clueless.

If you try to drop off your prepackaged and post paid FedEx package at this site, you will be rudely advised by the hired help “ WE CAN’T DO THAT!” I checked the website before I drove to this location and it says they do provide this service, so maybe training is needed for this employee who lacks customer service skills.
