The guy who helped me was terrific. Young black gentleman; he was courteous, kind, and understanding. He's a keeper, treat him well.

Tried to drop my FedEx package off, the guy behind the counter said I cannot access the FedEx servers so I can't accept it. Just what you want to hear!
Staff just toss my package. They claim the machine that prints the recipied crashed so can't give me a receipt. Don't use it for dropoff. Always ask for recepit.
