Employee did not know there was size small shipping boxes in the store (I found them at the front counter of the store). She told me I’d have to use the large box which would’ve been wayyyyyy too big. She tried to get me to come take the large box even when I held up the small box in front and said “This is a small.” She did not understand Fed X terminology for shipping.
