Very friendly and easy to use
It says it's open at 8:00 am, but it's 9:00 am and it's still closed.
Rude and useless. Not the least bit helpful. I was advised by the FedEx site that a label would be generated for my 2 packages. Made a special trip there and the manager said no way and implied I was lying. Went to 2 more sites. They would not generate the label. Call d FedEx and spoke to rep. Driver would pick up packages from my home and have labels either him ok waited 2 days. Driver was sent to wrong location for pick up. When a substitute driver stoped by the correct address he did not have labels. I have an artificial ... read more
It was a fairly quick service. It's easy to send small packages or express overnight documents in the envelope here.
