My boss received a notice saying the package has delivered. But we were literally standing by the gate seeing no FedEx car here. On top of that, a person named James signed for us. There is no James living here. Then we called FedEx customer service, they are very nice saying they will take care of it. The second day, same thing happened again. My boss did not sign, but the picture offered by FedEx shows my boss’s name. We still did not receive any packages but a picture.
